I am a photographer based in northwest Iowa, USA. My primary focus consists of landscape photography, bird and wildlife photography, and travel photography. I live in an area with several large lakes and many smaller wetlands. Most of my landscape images are long exposures, particularly sunrise and sunset photos with water reflections. Birds and wildlife are also plentiful in our area. My bird photography consists primarily of migratory waterfowl and shore birds. I shoot with a Canon r5 Mark II. I have won several state-wide photo contests and I have had photos chosen for 3 years of Ducks Unlimited calendars. I also create an annual calendar as a conservation fundraiser that is very popular.
